Christmas in Middle-Earth is the culmination of 8 years' efforts and fandom. It started as occasional demos released online every year or so. During the quarantine in 2020, the fictional band teamed up to refine, rerecord, remix, and remaster the entire album, topping it off with its final tune.
Written and recorded in various apartments and home studios all over the East Coast from 2012 to 2020, the project has had extremely generous contributions from true musical virtuosos and LOTR fans alike. Please note this is pure parody, and pure tribute to the works of J.R.R. Tolkien, every single person who worked on the films, and the magnificently beautiful score written by Howard Shore. We hope it brings you joy. "May It be a light to you in dark places, when all other lights go out." |
